Rezonance je pojem, kter\u00fd vypracoval n\u011bmeck\u00fd sociolog Hartmut Rosa &#8211; je to zp\u016fsob setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se sv\u011btem, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje pocit \u017eivosti, spojen\u00ed a smyslu, na rozd\u00edl od zp\u016fsobu, kter\u00fd se vyzna\u010duje dob\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00edm, kontrolou, utilitarismem&#8230; Rosa nasti\u0148uje rezonanci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm podstatn\u00fdch moment\u016f:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>N\u00e1klonnost &#8211; b\u00fdt n\u011b\u010d\u00edm dot\u010den nebo dojat; z\u00e1\u017eitek, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s vol\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed reakce &#8211; reagujeme zp\u011btn\u011b n\u011bjak\u00fdm autentick\u00fdm, emocion\u00e1ln\u011b anga\u017eovan\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem a za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me pocit vlastn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transformace &#8211; z\u00e1\u017eitek rezonance transformuje jak jedince, tak sv\u011bt, se kter\u00fdm se setk\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nedostupnost &#8211; rezonanci nelze ovl\u00e1dat ani vynucovat. V dne\u0161n\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b jsme naopak zvykl\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161e je dostupn\u00e9, kontrolovan\u00e9, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 (jako zdroj nebo zbo\u017e\u00ed) &#8211; zku\u0161enost nedostupnosti. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Modern\u00ed spole\u010dnosti \u010dasto vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed odcizen\u00ed (chladn\u00fd, n\u011bm\u00fd, odpojen\u00fd vztah ke sv\u011btu) kv\u016fli tlaku na kontrolu, rychlost a v\u00fdkon. Jako alternativa se nab\u00edz\u00ed rezonance &#8211; nikoli neust\u00e1l\u00e1 harmonie, ale \u017eiv\u00fd vztah s t\u0159en\u00edm, prom\u011bnou a smyslem. Rosa identifikuje \u010dty\u0159i kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 oblasti, v nich\u017e m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet k rezonanci: mezilidsk\u00e1 (rodina, p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9, komunita), materi\u00e1ln\u00ed\/technick\u00e1 (pr\u00e1ce rukama, \u0159emeslo, n\u00e1stroje), institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed (\u0161kola, pr\u00e1ce, politick\u00e1 anga\u017eovanost), existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed\/p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed (p\u0159\u00edroda, um\u011bn\u00ed, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, smrt).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed: Pro\u010d je to nutn\u00e9?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V oblasti kari\u00e9rn\u00edho rozvoje m\u016f\u017ee koncept rezonance vyv\u00e1\u017eit p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed utilit\u00e1rn\u00ed logiku (&#8220;Kde jsou pot\u0159eby trhu pr\u00e1ce, jak\u00e1 je nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kari\u00e9rn\u00ed cesta z hlediska perspektivy trhu pr\u00e1ce?&#8221; nebo &#8220;Kde je nejlep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1vratnost investice, kdy\u017e p\u016fjdu na \u0161kolen\u00ed?&#8221;) hlub\u0161\u00ed reflex\u00ed: &#8220;Kde se c\u00edt\u00edte \u017eiv\u00ed, propojen\u00ed, prom\u011bn\u011bn\u00ed?&#8221;). Tyto zku\u0161enosti rezonuj\u00ed s afektivn\u00edm rozm\u011brem kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed. Mnoho klient\u016f se c\u00edt\u00ed odpojeno nejen od sebe, ale i od spole\u010dnosti nebo p\u0159\u00edrody (zku\u0161enosti s blbou prac\u00ed, nedostatkem smyslu). V t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi vyplouv\u00e1 na povrch, \u017ee n\u011bco &#8220;nefunguje&#8221; &#8211; n\u011bkdy v\u010detn\u011b klimatick\u00e9 krize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00edle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na konci lekce budou klienti a studenti schopni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Porozum\u011bt my\u0161lence rezonance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identifikovat sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s rezonanc\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech \u017eivota a vyu\u017e\u00edt je k p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed o sv\u00e9 budouc\u00ed cest\u011b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kriticky se zamyslete nad odcizen\u00edm v sou\u010dasn\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 zdroje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd pracovn\u00ed se\u0161it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aktivity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Kari\u00e9rov\u00fd poradce*kyn\u011b m\u016f\u017ee tuto aktivitu p\u0159edstavit n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Nemus\u00edte p\u0159esn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, co chcete d\u011blat za p\u011bt let. Nevad\u00ed, kdy\u017e nem\u00e1te dokonal\u00fd pl\u00e1n. To, co budeme spole\u010dn\u011b hledat, jsou sign\u00e1ly, <strong>okam\u017eiky<\/strong>, kdy <strong>jste se c\u00edtili <\/strong>dob\u0159e, u\u017eite\u010dn\u011b, zv\u011bdav\u011b nebo ve spojen\u00ed se sv\u011btem. Z t\u011bchto okam\u017eik\u016f budeme postupn\u011b zkoumat mo\u017en\u00e9 sm\u011bry. C\u00edlem nen\u00ed v\u0161e napl\u00e1novat, ale naj\u00edt <strong>to, co v\u00e1s vol\u00e1, co s v\u00e1mi<\/strong> rezonuje <strong>.&#8221;<\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejprve po\u017e\u00e1dejte doty\u010dnou osobu, aby si vzpomn\u011bla na <strong>rezonuj\u00edc\u00ed okam\u017eik &#8211; kdy se c\u00edtila dob\u0159e, u\u017eite\u010dn\u011b, py\u0161n\u011b nebo na sv\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b (v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159i n\u011bjak\u00e9 <\/strong> aktivit\u011b, v z\u00e1vazku, na \u0161kolen\u00ed, v neform\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci atd.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><br><\/td><td>Vzorov\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky<\/td><td>P\u0159\u00edklady odpov\u011bd\u00ed<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Co mi dod\u00e1valo energii\u2192<\/strong> <em>Co jsem d\u011blal r\u00e1d?<\/em><\/td><td>Co p\u0159esn\u011b jste d\u011blal? V z\u00e1vislosti na \u010dasov\u00fdch mo\u017enostech je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00edm ot\u00e1zek identifikovat a popsat n\u011bkolik rezonan\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f v n\u011bkolika oblastech \u017eivota (lid\u00e9\/vztahy, p\u0159\u00edroda\/m\u00edsto, pr\u00e1ce\/\u010dinnost, spiritualita\/kultura).
