Tento dopad se bude li\u0161it podle odv\u011btv\u00ed: n\u011bkter\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta zaniknou, zejm\u00e9na v odv\u011btv\u00edch z\u00e1visl\u00fdch na fosiln\u00edch palivech, zat\u00edmco nov\u00e1 m\u00edsta vzniknou v oblastech obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a ob\u011bhov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odhaduje se, \u017ee zaveden\u00ed Green Dealu by mohlo vytvo\u0159it a\u017e 1 milion nov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v odv\u011btv\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie a dal\u0161\u00edch odv\u011btv\u00edch \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b by mohlo doj\u00edt ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b a\u017e 1,5 milionu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst v tradi\u010dn\u00edch energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, jako je t\u011b\u017eba uhl\u00ed nebo v\u00fdroba cementu. Nemus\u00ed se v\u0161ak nutn\u011b jednat o radik\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159em\u011bnu v\u0161ech pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch studi\u00ed (Workforce sustainability: recent policy concerns and their implications for careers thinking, Chris Warhurst, NICEC 2024) m\u00e1 a\u017e 40 % pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst ur\u010ditou souvislost se zelenou transformac\u00ed. Celkov\u011b v\u0161ak lze pouze 4 % pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst pova\u017eovat za nov\u00e1 povol\u00e1n\u00ed, 10 % povol\u00e1n\u00ed vykazuje zv\u00fd\u0161enou popt\u00e1vku v d\u016fsledku zelen\u00e9 transformace a 26 % jsou st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed povol\u00e1n\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch znalost\u00ed nebo dovednost\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch se zelenou transformac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelen\u00e1 transformace p\u0159inese v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zm\u011bny na trhu pr\u00e1ce v Evrop\u011b, kter\u00e9 se dotknou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm uheln\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu a dal\u0161\u00edch odv\u011btv\u00ed s vysok\u00fdmi emisemi. Celkov\u00fd po\u010det pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, kter\u00e1 tato transformace vytvo\u0159\u00ed, v\u0161ak zat\u00edm nen\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b zn\u00e1m. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee budouc\u00ed v\u00fdvoj v oblasti obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a inovac\u00ed vytvo\u0159\u00ed nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti, ale bude tak\u00e9 vy\u017eadovat zna\u010dnou rekvalifikaci pracovn\u00edk\u016f z tradi\u010dn\u00edch odv\u011btv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celkov\u011b se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee ekologick\u00fd p\u0159echod bude m\u00edt pozitivn\u00ed dopad na \u010distou zam\u011bstnanost, zejm\u00e9na pokud budou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm faktorem tohoto procesu rekvalifikace a technologick\u00e9 p\u0159echody. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee nov\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsta budou vy\u017eadovat nov\u00e9 dovednosti, zejm\u00e9na v technick\u00fdch a digit\u00e1ln\u00edch oblastech ( CEDEFOP ) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cedefop.europa.eu\/files\/4206_en.pdf\">( Hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed <\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/economy-finance.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2022-12\/dp176_en_green%20transition%20labour.pdf\">a finance ). <\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edpokladem dosa\u017een\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 neutrality je v\u0161ak v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed nejen v hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, ale ve v\u0161ech oblastech lidsk\u00fdch aktivit. C\u00edle Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9 dohody p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 stopy ob\u010dana EU z dne\u0161n\u00edch p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 8 tun (v z\u00e1vislosti na zemi) na 2 tuny ekvivalentu CO2 ro\u010dn\u011b. Spol\u00e9hat na zelen\u00fd r\u016fst, respektive na mo\u017enost dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho a rychl\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed (&#8220;decouplingu&#8221;) hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho r\u016fstu od emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm nov\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch postup\u016f a rozvojem specializovan\u00fdch technick\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed, je iluzorn\u00ed. Dovednosti v nich uplat\u0148ovan\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, prevenci, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, n\u00e1prav\u011b negativn\u00edch dopad\u016f a po\u0161kozen\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 profese zahrnuj\u00ed oblasti aktivit, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je dos\u00e1hnout nebo vytvo\u0159it n\u011bco, co p\u0159etrv\u00e1 do budoucna. Kdo si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee je to mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze ve velmi speci\u00e1ln\u00edch profes\u00edch nebo ve firm\u00e1ch, kde zam\u011bstnanci aktivn\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k ochran\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edrody, je na omylu. Udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 profese se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed nejen p\u0159\u00edmo, ale i nep\u0159\u00edmo.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle t\u00e9to studie se udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 profese vyskytuj\u00ed v\u0161ude tam, kde podniky a jejich zam\u011bstnanci usiluj\u00ed o zm\u011bnu, pokud jde o zp\u016fsoby podnik\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161etrn\u00e9 ke zdroj\u016fm a klimatu. Za udr\u017eiteln\u00e1 se pova\u017euj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad i zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti v\u00fdroby produkt\u016f, technologi\u00ed a slu\u017eeb, pokud se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na prevenci po\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a ochranu p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch zdroj\u016f.
