Step into green guidance: Quarterly peer sessions for career professionals
Are you a career professional interested in the idea of weaving sustainability into your work with clients? We host quarterly intervision (or peer supervision) sessions for practitioners who want to test, refine, and share their approaches for supporting more sustainable career paths. Whether you already integrate sustainability naturally to your sessions, you’ve tried a few times more or less successfully or are just interested in the idea of green guidance, these sessions might be for you.
What happens in these sessions?
We gather 6–8 professionals in facilitated groups to analyse concrete cases. Each meeting follows a structured 90-minute process:
- Present a real situation from your practice (you don’t have to bring one – others share too)
- Collective exploration where peers offer reading hypotheses, tools, and questions
- Actionable takeaways – specific adjustments to try in your next client session
The format alternates roles: you might be the case presenter one day, and a contributing peer the next. There will be facilitators to help frame the session, but you yourself bring the case.
For whom?
These sessions are designed for career practitioners (careers education, information, advice and guidance), independently of your sector (education, employment, private practice), who experiment or want to learn more about integrating sustainability into their practice.
Sessions held in English, but your level of English should not be a barrier for participating (participants mostly non-native speakers).
