The Green Guidance Toolbox is a collection of practical, ready-to-use methods designed to help career practitioners integrate environmental and social sustainability into their guidance work. Rather than focusing solely on “green jobs,” it invites individuals to reflect on how their education, training, and career choices connect with the wider world, contribute to societal and ecological well-being, and support more sustainable futures. The toolbox brings together diverse methodologies – information activities, reflective exercises, decision-making tools, educational resources, and critical perspectives on work – adaptable for young people, adults, career changers, and those furthest from the labour market.
